I had this idea. I wanted to create an image of my version of Alice In Wonderland. I originally had 5 characters I wanted to do. Alice, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, The White Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts. I wanted to use the same model for each character and do a composite image of all 5 characters in 1 image. So, this is my process...
I have done some basic composite work. Nothing as huge as this though. Being that I do a bunch of costumes for my images and for clients, I knew that part would be easy. I drew out what I saw in my head. I searched
Pinterest for inspirational ideas.
It took me a few months to collect and make everything. And over a 3 day time period, and with the help of my mom and my friend Vicki, we got the images! Well, all but 1, The Queen of Hearts. The weather got bad and we didn't get to her. My little model was fantastic! She did such a good job and I couldn't have done it without her.
After setting up the night before to be sure I had everything, the next day we started. 3 full days of shooting gave us this:
You can view a full resolution image on my website
